Writing this book…

was one of the hardest things I have ever done. Over the years, I have received so many messages from women feeling stuck or just existing. I was one of them. I loved my job, but I wanted more. Society tells us that we are “too old,” to start over…but I’m here to tell you that no matter your age or circumstance you can find joy. My book teaches you just that. I created actionable steps to help any woman start to evaluate what she wants and how to take baby steps to find her joy again. This book was a labor of love and I hope that any woman that reads this book will feel inspired again to find purpose and see that living your best life is right around the corner. This next chapter isn’t the end, it is actually the beginning of something great.
