Happy Wednesday and welcome back to my blog! I wanted to start off my first official content blog with a bang. I’ve been getting a ton of questions lately about how to create an easy eyeshadow look for beginners, or for people who want to look “put together” without a lot of effort. Well, I am here to tell you it is super simple, and I can show you how to create a full eye look with only 2 eyeshadows!

2 Eyeshadows | Color Duos

These two color combos can give you a beautiful eye makeup look in a matter of seconds! When you are first starting out with makeup, it can be intimidating what shades to mix together. However, here is a layout of just a few color combinations that are fabulous!

MAKEUP TIP: use a matte and shimmer color combo!

The matte shade is typically the darker shade, which is what you will put into the outer crease of the eyelid. This helps give dimension to your eyes and bolden them! Whereas, the shimmer eyeshadow will contrast against the matte shade. You will place the shimmer shade in the inner corner, and eyelid! These colors will complement each other and, the shimmer makes your eyes look more awake and POP against the matte.

2 Eyeshadows | Eyeshadow That Compliments Your Outfit

This outfit is super cute, and Seint has so many eyeshadow shades, you will find any color to compliment your outfit. This is one of my favorite things to do with makeup because your entire look becomes complete! It is not as scary as it seems to have your eyeshadow pair with your outfit. In this picture above you will place Stay Golden in the outer corner and crease and a great transition shade! Next, use a brush or your finger to apply Peppa as it has some shimmer in the formula. This will go in the inner corner and eyelid to give your eyes a subtle pink pop!

This Leo shade is STUNNING! I love a good deep orange and it blends like a dream on the eyelid! When you pair these two colors together, Foxy will layer slightly over Leo and create a beautiful, warm, orange-brown, golden look!

This Arabian Night shade is so pretty! With this outfit, there is a deep red/brown in the shirt. I like to use two contrasting colors like the ones above, to pop with this outfit. In this shirt, there are two different contrasting colors, so why not do the same with your eyeshadow? You will place Arabian Night in your outer corner and blend into the crease. Then use Tangled to accent the inner corner and lid to not only complement each other but add dimension to your face!

As you can see from the images above, I love to complement my eyeshadow with what I am wearing! The pinks, the browns… All of these looks can be achieved and these eyeshadows from Seint blend like a dream!!

MAKEUP TIP: To prevent creasing and long-lasting wear, make sure to use an eyeshadow primer! A couple of my favorites are the Mac Paint Pot and the Rare Beauty Eye Primer. Neutral and pink tones are great on more mature eyelids.
